This Privacy Policy ("Policy") is issued by jjvin ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") and governs the collection, use, storage, transfer and deletion of personal data relating to users ("you", "your") of the website located at https://jjvin.cam and all associated services (collectively, the "Service").

While jjvin operates under the data-protection framework of its licensing jurisdiction, we apply internationally recognised privacy standards to all users, including those based in Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad and other Pakistani cities. This Policy should be read alongside our Terms & Conditions, which govern your use of the platform more broadly. In the event of a conflict between this Policy and the Terms, the Terms shall prevail unless otherwise stated.

We use registration data and KYC data to create and manage your account, verify your identity and age, process deposits and withdrawals, and maintain accurate records in compliance with legal obligations.
Usage data and device data are used to deliver a seamless gaming experience, personalise platform content, optimise performance across devices and connection types (including mobile networks common in Pakistan), and resolve technical issues.
We analyse IP addresses, device fingerprints, transaction patterns and behavioural data to detect and prevent fraudulent activity, money laundering, multi-accounting and platform abuse. This processing is a core security function and cannot be opted out of while you maintain an account.
Responsible gambling data — including limit settings, session durations and self-exclusion status — is processed to operate protective tools on your behalf, monitor for signs of problem gambling behaviour where our systems flag concern, and ensure compliance with responsible gambling obligations.
We use your contact data to send transactional notifications (account activity, withdrawal confirmations, security alerts) and, where you have provided consent, promotional communications about offers and new features. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by contacting support or using the unsubscribe mechanism in those emails.
We process and retain data to satisfy our obligations under applicable AML, KYC and gaming-regulatory frameworks. This may include disclosing data to licensed regulatory bodies, law-enforcement agencies or courts when required by lawful order.

Where we transfer data internationally, we take steps to ensure appropriate safeguards are in place — including standard contractual clauses, data-processing agreements or equivalent contractual protections — to maintain a level of protection consistent with the principles outlined in this Policy.
Users in Pakistan should be aware that their data may be processed in jurisdictions outside Pakistan. By using jjvin, you consent to such transfers as described in this section.
Cookies are small text files placed on your device by a website. They allow the website to recognise your device, remember your preferences and maintain session state between page loads. jjvin uses both session cookies (which expire when you close your browser) and persistent cookies (which remain until they expire or are manually deleted).

In the event of a data breach that is likely to result in a risk to your rights and freedoms, jjvin will notify affected users and — where required — relevant supervisory authorities within the timeframes required by applicable law.
Subject to applicable law and certain limitations, you hold the following rights in respect of your personal data processed by jjvin:

Request deletion of your personal data where there is no overriding legal basis for continued retention.

We aim to respond to all data-rights requests within 30 calendar days. Where a request is complex or numerous, we may extend this period by a further 30 days and will notify you accordingly.
Please note that some rights are subject to legal limitations. For example, we cannot delete data that we are legally required to retain for AML or regulatory compliance purposes. In such cases, we will explain the limitation clearly in our response.
The jjvin platform is strictly for adults aged 18 years or above — or the higher minimum age required by the operator's licensing jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the applicable minimum age.
If we become aware that personal data has been collected from a minor, we will delete that data immediately and close the associated account. If you have reason to believe that a minor has registered on jjvin, please contact our support team immediately.
Age Restriction: Being 18 years of age does not automatically make gambling lawful in Pakistan. Age alone does not determine lawful access — users must satisfy themselves that their participation complies with applicable local law. This is not legal advice.
The jjvin platform may reference third-party services in a contextual manner — for example, mentioning familiar Pakistani payment rails such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah. These references are contextual only and do not constitute endorsements, affiliations or integrations that give those parties access to your data beyond the scope described in Section 6 of this Policy.
jjvin is not responsible for the privacy practices of any third-party services. If you interact directly with a third-party provider (for example, through your own mobile wallet), that provider's privacy policy — not this one — governs their processing of your data.
jjvin reserves the right to update or amend this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our data processing practices, regulatory requirements or platform features. When material changes are made, we will provide reasonable advance notice through the platform or by email to your registered address.
The "Effective Date" at the top of this document reflects the date on which the current version came into force. We encourage you to review this Policy periodically. Your continued use of the Service after a Policy update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
