These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the jjvin platform. Please read this document carefully before creating an account or placing any wager. By registering, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these terms in full.

jjvin reserves the right to suspend or close any account found to be in breach of these terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or operating in a prohibited jurisdiction. Users may also request voluntary account closure or self-exclusion at any time.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and jjvin ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the jjvin website located at https://jjvin.cam and all associated services, products and features (collectively, the "Service").
By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the jjvin platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and unconditionally agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.
Important: These Terms apply to all users of jjvin, including visitors, registered users and anyone who accesses any portion of the Service. These Terms are in addition to, and do not replace, any applicable laws or regulations in your jurisdiction.
jjvin is an English-language online gaming platform serving players who enjoy sports betting, live casino and digital games. The platform provides services to an international user base. Users based in Pakistan are reminded that local laws, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977, may impose restrictions on gambling activities. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of your participation under applicable local law.
For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:
You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's licensing jurisdiction, to register and use jjvin. Age verification may be requested at any time. If you cannot verify your age, your account may be suspended and any pending balance withheld pending investigation.
Age Restriction: Being 18 years of age does not in itself make gambling lawful in Pakistan. Users in Pakistan must independently assess the applicable legal position before participating. This is not legal advice.
Users who are residents of, or are physically located in, jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law are not permitted to register or use the Service. It is the User's sole responsibility to verify whether accessing the Service is lawful in their jurisdiction before doing so.
By registering, you confirm that you are acting as a private individual and not on behalf of any commercial enterprise, and that you possess full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
Each individual is permitted to maintain one registered Account only. Holding multiple accounts is prohibited regardless of the device, email address, payment method or IP address used. Violations of this rule will result in closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances pending a fraud review.
When registering, you must provide accurate, complete and current information as requested. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and any other fields marked as required. You undertake to update your information promptly if any details change.
jjvin reserves the right to request identity documents at any stage, including government-issued photo ID (such as a Pakistani National Identity Card (CNIC) or passport), proof of address and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documents within the stipulated time may result in account restriction.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your password with any third party. jjvin will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to take reasonable precautions to protect your credentials. Notify support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access.
Accounts that have had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months or more may be classified as inactive. Inactive accounts may attract an administrative fee as disclosed in the platform's fee schedule, and the remaining balance may be reduced accordingly after appropriate notice has been provided.
jjvin supports a range of payment methods subject to availability and compliance requirements at any given time. Payment methods familiar to Pakistani users — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, as well as cryptocurrencies such as BTC and USDT — are referenced for contextual familiarity only. Their mention does not constitute an endorsement by, or affiliation with, any of those providers.
Payment method availability is subject to change based on operator and regulatory compliance requirements. Always verify available methods within your account before initiating a transaction.
Where supported, account balances may be maintained in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Minimum and maximum deposit thresholds are stated within the platform's cashier section and may be updated from time to time. All deposits must be funded from payment accounts or instruments held in your own name.
Deposits made from payment methods not registered in the User's own name are strictly prohibited. Any funds identified as originating from a third-party source may be frozen, returned or forfeited pending investigation. This rule applies regardless of whether the third party has given consent.
Most deposits are credited to your account immediately upon confirmation by the payment processor. In some cases, processing may take up to 24 hours due to payment-system delays or compliance checks. jjvin is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
To request a withdrawal, your account must have completed the KYC verification process satisfactorily. Accounts that have not submitted or passed identity verification will not be able to process withdrawals until all required documentation has been reviewed and approved.
Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24–72 hours on business days, subject to verification status and the applicable payment method. Cryptocurrency withdrawals may be subject to network confirmation times outside of jjvin's control.
Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed within the cashier section. Where applicable, limits are denominated in PKR. Requests below the minimum threshold will be declined and must be resubmitted when the balance meets the minimum requirement.
Funds derived from a bonus may only be withdrawn once the applicable wagering requirements have been fully completed. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before meeting rollover conditions will result in the cancellation of the bonus and any associated winnings generated solely from bonus funds.
All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to specific terms and conditions communicated at the time of the offer. Wagering requirements, eligible markets, minimum odds, time limits and other conditions apply to each promotion. These specific terms take precedence over general bonus provisions in this section.
Wagering requirements (sometimes called "rollover" or "playthrough") specify how many times a bonus amount must be wagered before it can be withdrawn as cash. For example, a PKR 1,000 bonus with a 10x wagering requirement must be staked at least PKR 10,000 in qualifying bets before the bonus balance becomes withdrawable.
jjvin reserves the right to cancel bonuses, void winnings and suspend accounts where bonus abuse is identified. Bonus abuse includes, without limitation: placing low-risk bets to meet wagering requirements, coordinated wagering across accounts, using bonuses in a manner clearly intended to circumvent terms, or any form of arbitrage involving promotional funds.
jjvin may modify, suspend or terminate any promotion at any time. Changes will be communicated through the platform and will apply from the date of notification. Bonuses already credited and in progress will be governed by the terms in effect at the time of crediting.
All bets are subject to acceptance by jjvin. The platform reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases where the requested stake exceeds the platform's liability limit for a given market or event.
Odds are displayed at the time of bet placement. In the event of a manifest error in odds — including, but not limited to, pricing errors caused by technical malfunctions — jjvin reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes. Winnings derived from a palpable error will not be paid.
In-play (live) betting markets are offered on selected events. Odds update in real time and the platform may suspend markets at any time during an event at its discretion. Bets accepted before a suspension or market closure will stand unless the event is voided.
If a sporting event is cancelled, abandoned or postponed and not replayed within 36 hours of the original scheduled start time (unless otherwise stated in sport-specific rules), all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned. Rules specific to PSL, ICC tournaments, football leagues and other major competitions are available within the platform's sport-specific rules section.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jjvin platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture and, where appropriate, referral to law-enforcement authorities:
All content on the jjvin platform, including but not limited to software, source code, design elements, trademarks, logos, graphics, text, data and databases, is the exclusive property of jjvin or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, publicly display or create derivative works from any platform content without the prior written consent of jjvin.
jjvin does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times without interruption. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical failures, third-party service disruptions and events beyond our reasonable control may affect availability. We will endeavour to notify users of significant planned downtime where practicable.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jjvin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill or other intangible losses, arising from your use of — or inability to use — the Service, regardless of whether such losses were foreseeable.
Where liability cannot be fully excluded by law, jjvin's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the date on which the claim arose.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, gross negligence or any other matter that cannot be excluded under applicable mandatory law.
jjvin is committed to promoting responsible gambling across its platform. Gambling is entertainment. It should not be used as a means of generating income, recovering debts or managing financial stress. jjvin reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, we will provide reasonable notice via the platform, by email or by other appropriate means prior to the change taking effect. The "Effective Date" at the top of this document reflects the date on which the current version came into force.
Your continued use of the Service following the posting of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must cease using the Service and may request account closure.
These Terms shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which jjvin is incorporated or licensed for operation, as applicable. Users based in Pakistan acknowledge that local laws — including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 — may apply independently of these Terms and that this document does not constitute legal advice.
In the event of a dispute arising in connection with these Terms or the Service, users are encouraged to contact jjvin support in the first instance to seek an informal resolution. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be referred to the competent courts or arbitration body of the applicable governing jurisdiction.
jjvin does not claim to be licensed, approved or endorsed by the Government of Pakistan, the PTA, the State Bank of Pakistan, or any Pakistani provincial authority. No specific license numbers are asserted in this document. Users should independently verify any operator licensing claims.
